Vicki has been dancing and singing since a young girl who was born and raised in Wooster, Ohio. She graduated from Wooster High School and relocated to Columbus to attend The Ohio State University. She received her B.A. in Journalism and while at OSU became very involved in theatre and dance from ballet to African.

After graduating from OSU, she worked as a freelance writer for the Call and Post Newspaper, and later was employed by WCKX and the Communicator News as
an on-air personality/news director and entertainment editor. She has worked as a general assignment reporter for 610 WTVN Radio, a project manager for Circa Music and broadcast coordinator for Fahlgren, Inc. While working, Vicki continued to perform by joining Center Stage Theater, a local black performing arts company. She has performed in numerous community theatre musicals, music festivals, weddings, many live bands, special events at the Palace Theatre, Lincoln Theatre and King Arts Complex and local nightclub venues; she toured Europe as a background singer for international recording artist Foley, performed with national recording artist Middlechild, Wonder Twin Powers, Roger Hines, Sly Stone Tribute Band, Ray Charles Tribute Band, Happy Chichester, Chuck's Junk, Jimmy McGee; shared the stage with Angie Stone, Slave, Anthony Hamilton, Dwele, Eric Roberson, Nancy Wilson and Marsha Ambrosius. Vicki has also worked as an assistant director on a few local feature films and had a small speaking role in a video release called "Bullethead". She has recorded commercial jingles, voiceovers and educational audiobooks at the local, regional and national levels for over 25 years. A few of the commercials include Safe Auto (featuring Norm MacDonald), White Castle, Rax, KFC, Lane Bryant, Florida Tourism, McDonald's, Huntington Banks, OSU Medical Center, Valvoline (web audio), Rainbow Rentals and Kurgis Law Firm.
